Our Recruiting Process

Step 1: Sign up

You'll attend a 10 minute phone consultation about your business needs.

We'll then draft the job descriptions for the assistant recruitment.

Step 3: Assessment

All candidates will undergo phone interview, online job simulation assessment and background checks to ensure they have the capabilities to perform the duties.

Step 5: Hiring

You'll hire and we handle the hassles to bring the remote working staff to work with you.

Step 2: Outsourcing

We'll screen the candidates for you based on the job requirement.

Step 4: Interview

You'll interview the 3 Top candidates.

Result-based Pricing Plan

Our pricing is result-based. You don’t need to pay until we successfully source a fitting assistant for you. 

 

The monthly salary of a remote working staff is only 1/3 of the usual cost. There is a 3 month probation period and you’ll pay for the service on a prorated basis during this period. And after that, your company can terminate with one month written notice.
